· Hotel: Toy Fair’s only official housing partner is Travel Planners; any other company that conducts outreach for hotel bookings is not authorized by TIA. Reservations through Travel Planners may be completed online.
· Exhibitor Search Tool: Buyers, media and other trade guests who would like to conduct exhibitor outreach in advance of Toy Fair are encouraged to consult the 2015 Exhibitor Directory, which lists exhibitors in alphabetical order and includes company contact information, description, and booth number.
· Educational Sessions & Networking Activities: Visitors are encouraged to plan ahead and leave some time available to attend Toy Fair’s many educational and networking sessions – includingTIA's Licensing Content Connection, TIA's Global Trade and Market Expansion Programs, TIA’s Toy Safety Compliance Update, Special Sessions, Independent Thinking (for specialty retailers), theDigital Kids Conference (taking place on-site at Javits), and more.

· Canadian Toy Association (CTA): As part of a new affiliate agreement between TIA and CTA, there are a number of new initiatives to make the Toy Fair experience seamless and rewarding for CTA members:
o “Canadian HQ” will be at Row NYC, where room rates through Travel Planners start at$129/night.
o Canadian exhibitors will be identifiable by the CTA logo on their booths and in the official show guide. CTA is also creating a supplemental guide for retailers to help them find products that are available for sale in Canada. All Canadian representatives and distributors are asked to provide CTA with their information when requested in order to ensure the “All-Canadian” listing is as robust as possible.
o A Canadian reception will take place on the evening of Sunday, February 15 at the Javits Center. More details will follow in the coming weeks.
